eTwinning School and Proyects
This European Commission initiative emerged in 2005 as part of the eLearning program, with the aim of promoting and facilitating contact between individuals and educational institutions.
Currently, eTwinning has become the largest European community of teachers and schools, bringing together professionals from the 34 countries that are part of the platform.
eTwinning is an online space designed for schools to collaborate securely and free of charge. Through this platform, teachers and students from all over Europe can work on joint projects, exchange best practices, discuss in online groups, and develop their professional skills.
Ecosystems
Exploring Ecosystems: The Web of Life Around Us!
Our 4th grade students are taking a deep dive into nature with The Web of Life Around Us, an exciting eTwinning project that helps them explore ecosystems and understand their importance. Through hands-on activities, observations, and experiments, they are discovering how plants, animals, and microorganisms interact with their surroundings and each other.
Collaboration is a key part of this project! Students are working with their peers from other schools to compare ecosystems, share findings, and gain a greater appreciation for biodiversity. By participating, they are developing essential scientific thinking skills while also becoming more aware of the delicate balance of nature.
In the photo, our young researchers are busy preparing a Canva presentation in groups, organizing their discoveries and insights to share with their international partners. They are using creativity and teamwork to present their findings in a clear and engaging way. Stay tuned for more updates as they continue their journey into the world of ecosystems!
Science and fun
