Dining room service
Urdaneta School has a dining service that is used daily by almost two thousand students.
All meals are prepared at the centre , which has its own kitchen. It is managed by the company Gastronomía Baska , an external, professional company with extensive experience in the sector, which is responsible for the supply and preparation of the menus, in accordance with dietary and nutritional criteria and hygiene and health guarantees.
In addition, individual menus are prepared for those students who have specific nutritional needs due to allergies or intolerances, under the supervision of the school’s Health Department.
At all levels, the canteen is attended by the teaching staff and auxiliary canteen staff . And in the case of children in Early Childhood Education, they have their own canteen.
